The Big Trip: Driving from Roanoke to Asheville

You thought we’d forgotten all about these “fun” driving posts right?  Wrong!

As we mentioned previously we stayed in Roanoke for a night simply to allow us to complete the Skyline Drive but to also take in the Blue Ridge Parkway.

From there we drove down to Asheville, here’s a sneaky peek at our route:
