The drive from Philadelphia to Washington DC was pretty easy and uneventful so we have combined the journey footage with the footage of us exploring the city.

Here are some fun facts from the journey!

Tolls paid:
New Jersey $2.15, we took a ticket at one booth and returned it at the next
Delaware $0. We passed through two tolls, which should have been charged at $4 each, but the booth operator said the E-Z Pass was active and that it had already been paid.
Baltimore $0. We passed through the toll, which should have been charged at $4, but the booth operator said the E-Z Pass was active and that it had already been paid

States driven through:
New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Washington DC

Miles driven:
143

Time taken:
3 hours 5 minutes

Delays:
None

Petrol top-up:

Service breaks:
We stopped for a quick coffee break and a stretch on the I-95.

Finally, here is a map showing the number plates we saw along the way.  We also saw Quebec, but obviously that cannot be included.
